I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted and inspected, but if something isn't as expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, as provided for by Legislative Decree 21/2014 (EU Directive 2011/83). You do not need to provide a reason.
To request a return, write to me at info@ilfiorepoeta.com indicating:
- the order number
- your name and surname
- the items you wish to return
I will reply to you personally with all the instructions for returning the item.
Return conditions
- The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- I do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made jewelry.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
- the product is defective, or
- I mistakenly sent an item different from the one ordered.
In these cases, the return costs will be at my expense.
Reimbursement
Once the return is received and verified, I will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will also include any standard outbound shipping costs, if applicable.
If the returned product shows signs of use or does not meet the indicated conditions, I may reduce the refund amount based on the decrease in value of the item.
